5/5 Stars for SOS! Absolute lifesavers! We had an issue with our fire suppression system right in the middle of our lunch rush, leaving all our kitchen appliances without gas. Anyone in the restaurant industry knows that zero gas during peak hour is a total nightmare. We called SOS in a panic asking for urgent help, and they were at our doors in under an hour. They serviced the system, safely opened the gas line back up, and got our kitchen back online fast, saving us from massive downtime and a lot of lost revenue. On top of their fast response, their pricing was extremely fair and competitive, no taking advantage of our emergency. They’ve officially earned our business for good. What a great company. Called them to repair and service my restaurant that another company messed up. Nothing worked and they did a great job. Clean and tested (2) systems flushing them both out and then drying them out with nitrogen. Repaired some old pipes that were rusted and added some heads to the system.
