They took the time to explain everything needed to know to stay in compliance with fire safety requirements. Really appreciated how knowledgeable and thorough they were throughout the entire service. Their pricing was also very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. It is clear that they take their work and their customers seriously. We recently opened our restaurant and hired S.O.S. Fire Services to install our new fire suppression system. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. They completed the installation on time, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was up to code before opening. Their customer service is excellent, they’re easy to reach, quick to respond, and genuinely care about their customers. Opening a new restaurant can be stressful, but S.O.S. Fire Services made this part of the process smooth and worry-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional fire protection services. Thank you for helping us get our restaurant ready to open.

5/5 Stars for SOS! Absolute lifesavers! We had an issue with our fire suppression system right in the middle of our lunch rush, leaving all our kitchen appliances without gas. Anyone in the restaurant industry knows that zero gas during peak hour is a total nightmare. We called SOS in a panic asking for urgent help, and they were at our doors in under an hour. They serviced the system, safely opened the gas line back up, and got our kitchen back online fast, saving us from massive downtime and a lot of lost revenue. On top of their fast response, their pricing was extremely fair and competitive, no taking advantage of our emergency. They’ve officially earned our business for good. If you run a commercial kitchen, keep their number on speed dial. Highly recommend!

Great company to work with. The rates was better than I had been paying, they were punctual, professional and thorough.

I called S.O.S. to do a bi-annual checkup on my annul system. Brandon and Juan came out the very next day and accomplished two things simultaneously; 1). Educated me on every aspect of this service. 2). Thoroughly examined my equipment and got everything up to speed in a couple of hours time. 3). Brandon and Juan were incredibly capable and passionate about the service they provide. 4). A follow up visit the next day by Zohar finalized the installation and he was equally great at what he does. They were the Dream Team and have earned a customer for life! These people have my business for life! I needed our fire suppression system and extinguishers serviced and replaced. From the initial call to the actual service, Maureen and Zohar were amazing and very knowledgeable. Their prices are definitely better than the competition that I went and quoted from and they came in the next morning! As long as I need any maintenance or service, these people have a lifelong customer. You won't regret coming to them for your needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

If you are reading this, just call and book the service. I guarentee you wont find a better team than this. I apologize, I don't remember the very nice womans name that took my call, Maria? She was amazing. I explained my companies needs and she was understanding and kind, set me up with the soonest possible appointment, which was well within the time I was needing the service completed.... and then! The entire team went above and beyond and got me in 30 minutes after our first discussion! This turned out to be a major blessing because the absolute wizard of a service tech, Juan, identified I had the wrong equipment. Once again, S.O.S had my back and had the proper equipment IN THE TRUCK! I got set up, the proper way the very first time. The whole process from start to finish took mere minutes and the value of what was provided FAR EXCEEDS the minimal cost this company charges. Its like they're in tune with the community and understand we are all facing hard times, they truly are not out to gouge your wallet in any way. Thank you so much guys, you have a lifetime customer in me!

SOS Fire Services came out to our business same day and got us ready for our city inspection. They were a huge help and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them!

We hired SOS Fire Services for our annual fire extinguisher inspection at our business and the experience was seamless. Ashley was great in scheduling and very responsive to our questions. The technician, Juan, arrived right on time and was well prepared and very efficient in completing the necessary tasks. He didn't just swap the tags; he took the time to explain that two of our units were due for their 6-year maintenance and handled it on-site without any mess. Per our request, he also installed an additional unit with no issues. After the work was completed, they promptly provided all the related documentation for submission to our insurance company. No hidden fees and very fair pricing. Highly recommend them to any local business needing to stay compliant.

If I knew a family member or a friend that was opening a new business requiring any fire services, I would absolutely not let them use any other business besides SOS Fire. Zohar helped me navigate the implementation of our hood fire suppression system until the very day of our final Fire Inspection from the county. With multiple challenges we faced, Zohar proved his personal care in getting our business ready to open. Even volunteering to come check on our hood on a holiday weekend, he was there to make sure I was taken care of. Who does that these days?! Zohar, if you are reading this, thank you for the care and effort you took in getting us our final approval.

Zohar and his team are the best. And they guarantee their work. I 100% recommend the SOS team for any type of fire services.
