1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the SOS Fire Services website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided SOS Fire Services provides fire protection solutions, including but not limited to: fire extinguisher sales and maintenance, kitchen hood suppression systems, and fire watch services.

• Compliance: While we perform services to meet NFPA and Title 19 standards, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining a fire-safe environment lies with the property owner/manager.

• Red Tag Removal: Uploading a violation report to our website constitutes a request for a quote, not a guarantee of immediate clearance. Clearance is only issued after physical repairs are completed and payment is received.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Cancellations: Scheduled inspections must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may incur a trip charge.

4. SMS and Communications By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding your service (e.g., "Technician is on the way") and marketing messages if opted-in. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers SOS Fire Services warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards. Disclaimer: We are not an insurance company. Our services are designed to reduce the risk of fire and ensure regulatory compliance, but we cannot guarantee that a fire will not occur. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from fire, water, or system discharge.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by California law, SOS Fire Services' total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
